Historical information
Captain Dan Combs
During his early career, he felt a need to teach fellow officers to be proficient with their sidearm, as well as a need to teach the motoring public to be safer at the wheel of a car.  He developed a traffic safety program utilizing his abilities with different firearms, and OHP allowed him to take the program to his fellow law enforcement officers, as well as high schools throughout the state.
Dan lived every moment of his life in relentless pursuit of the same principles that makes the United States of America the greatest nation on earth.  He cared as deeply for each law abiding citizen of this country as he did for his family, and never missed a chance to tell people of his love for God.

This site is committed to preserving the honor of such an amazing patriot.
